• Service providers who help us operate — for example, our website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and the email providers we use to send and receive mail (such as Resend and Microsoft 365). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Analytics partner — Google (Google Analytics 4) receives usage data through the cookies and tags described in Section 2. It processes that data under its own privacy policies as well as on our behalf.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

6. Client Projects

When we build software for a client, any handling of that client’s own users or customer data is governed by the separate written agreement for that project, not this Privacy Policy. This policy covers personal information we collect through our own website and outreach.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — to respond to you, manage our relationship, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it.
