The Challenge
A growing brokerage was running on spreadsheets and a stack of disconnected tools — one for quotes, another for email, a third for commissions, and manual work everywhere in between. Agents lost time switching apps, leads slipped through the cracks, and the owners had no real-time picture of performance.
We built a single multi-tenant platform on Next.js and Django, with a five-tier role system (super admin, brokerage owner, branch manager, agent, client) and complete data isolation per brokerage. Live carrier integrations, Stripe billing, Twilio SMS, and Gmail/Outlook sync turn it into the operating system for the whole firm.
