We built a comprehensive brokerage management CRM for Hornbill Insurance—a full-stack platform that empowers brokerages to manage agents, clients, quotes, policies, claims, commissions, and marketing, all from one unified dashboard with both light and dark themes.

The Challenge
Hornbill Insurance needed a centralized system to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes across their growing brokerage. Agents had no efficient way to track leads through the pipeline, manage policy renewals, or monitor commission structures.
