The Maple Keys
We built a complete property management platform—a public rental marketplace on the front, and a full operating system behind it for tenants, owners, and agents. Search, apply, sign, pay, and maintain, all in one place.
The Challenge
Property management is death by a thousand tools—one app for listings, another for applications, a spreadsheet for rent, email threads for maintenance, and a calendar for viewings. The Maple Keys wanted renters, owners, and agents working in one system instead of chasing each other across five.
We designed and built a full property management platform. The public side is a clean rental marketplace—search by city, filter, browse galleries, apply online. Behind the login, each role gets its own workspace: tenants pay rent and file maintenance requests; owners list properties, screen applicants, and watch rent collection; agents schedule viewings without double-booking. Leases get signed digitally, payments are tracked, and everyone stays in the loop by email.
